With that vision in mind, we started with managing Select Senior Living, a comfortable and engaging community located off the beaten path in charming Coon Rapids.

We began developing plans for a unique senior living experience, complete with independent apartments, assisted living, transitional care, and specialized memory care neighborhoods. As we continued to grow and serve seniors, we recognized the opportunity to create thriving communities throughout the Twin Cities metro. Our goal is to be the leading choice in senior living, providing a remarkable experience for residents of all walks of life, their families, and our associates.

With more than 45 years of combined experience, the RM Management executive leadership team manages all our locations as they consistently provide personalized, compassionate support for residents and their families. We regularly apply our comprehensive skills for the betterment of care of older adults in Minnesota. Our attentive team incorporates today’s leading advancements in senior living with thoughtful consideration. We select only the latest technologies and incorporate engagement opportunities that contribute to an active lifestyle.

Because we’re owned and operated right here in Minnesota, our associates and executive leadership team work seamlessly for the good of the community. Each of our locations is connected to the surrounding areas through involvement with the local chamber of commerce, senior centers, churches, and community.

Members of our executive leadership team are on-site at our locations every day, offering hands-on help and greeting residents and associates by name.
