I feel I am one of the few lucky people in this world that are genuinely excited to come to work every day. There is an awesome culture that has kind of just grown with our community since we opened and our residents and staff feel like they are family.

My position as Concierge is the best! Stephanie Frederick, the VP of Sales and Marketing, enticed me to come out of retirement. She promised that I would not regret it….and she was right! Our management team, leadership, and the staff, not to mention our residents, make it a pleasure to come to work everyday!

Every assisted living community is different. The culture of a community can change with its residents, since communities evolve to meet the needs of the people they serve. No matter what community you work for under management of RM Management you can expect to build meaningful relationships, learn from everyday heroes, and pursue growth opportunities.

I am so grateful to be a part of such an incredible community. It is a true gift to be here. I am able to use my strengths to the best of my ability and feel that I am making a difference every day. This is a living living community filled with compassion, innovation, inclusiveness, and teamwork. It is a wonderful environment full of living, loving, laughter and learning.
